What is the Hidden Warrior?
Hidden Warrior is an Obstacle Mud Run designed to challenge your fitness but also your mental endurance.
What sort of training should I undertake for the Hidden Warrior?
You should a least have a basic level of fitness. Check out the Training page for more advice.
Should I wear my best suit for this event?
No, it could get a little dirty! Quick dry t-shirts and shorts are best.
I don’t want to compete, can I Volunteer?

How do I enter the Race Wave?
If you would like to enter the Race Wave please select the 8:00a.m. start time in the Registration Process.
Is there an Age Requirement?
Hidden Warrior is open to any participant over the age of 16 years old. Any participant under 18 years old on the designated event day, MUST have a parent/guardian present during the registration process to sign a participant waiver and show photo identification.
Can Children enter?

When do Registrations close?
Registrations close approximately 1 week prior to the designated event day.
Do you give refunds?
No, sorry we will not issue any refunds under any circumstances.
I don’t want to participate, can I volunteer?
Yes we would love you to volunteer! Go to the Volunteer page for more information.
Can we participate as a Team?
Yes of course, sign up as a team on the Register Now page.
I can’t remember my start/wave time?
The start/wave time will be on your confirmation email that was sent to your designated email account. If you have signed up as a team your team captain will have your start/wave time on their confirmation email. Please Note – the start/wave time you selected in the registration process will be on your confirmation email, your official start/wave time will be sent to you 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.
Do you provide Personal Accident Insurance?
No, we strongly recommend that you purchase Personal Accident Insurance and also Ambulance Cover before the event.
Do I have to sign a Participant/Spectator waiver?
Yes, everyone must sign a waiver to acknowledge that by participating/spectating in Hidden Warrior you assume certain risks and the possibility of personal injury. We suggest that you read and understand the waivers before you sign them on the event day. Event Waivers are available here
Where is my Confirmation Email?
Your Confirmation Email will be sent to your allocated email address once you have completed the registration process. If you do not receive your Confirmation Email contact info@hiddenwarrior.com.au
I’m having difficulty with the Registration process, who can I contact?

Can we compete as a Team?
Yes of course, sign up as team on the Register Now page.
Can I run at a different time to my teammates?
Everyone in your team will be allocated the same start times in the Register Now page. If you would like to run by yourself don’t sign up with a team.
Does my team have to cross the finish line together?
We understand that everyone has different fitness levels, so it might not be possible all to cross at the same time. You should assist all your teammates to achieve the overall goal of finishing Hidden Warrior.

Can I train on the course before the event?
No, you will not be able to. We will be putting the finishing touches on the best obstacle course you have ever witnessed.

What time does the event start?
The event starts at 8a.m; we suggest you arrive 1 hour prior to start time. You will receive confirmation of your start time via email approximately 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.
How do I find out my start time?
You will select your preferred Start Time in the Registration process. Please note – we will do our best to accommodate your selected Start Time, however there is no guarantee. You will receive confirmation of your start time via email approximately 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.
Where do I collect my Event Pack?
You will be able to collect your event pack at the event venue on the day.
*Please Note you require a form of photo identification to receive your packet (Driver’s Licence or Passport would be fine). Also note you cannot pick up another participants pack*
Can I store my bag somewhere during the event?
Yes, there will be a secure bag drop at each event.
Will Hidden Warrior have Showers?
Yes, there will be provision for Warriors to wash off the mud.
Will my time be recorded?
If you would like your time recorded we encourage you to bring a waterproof watch or get your spectator party to do it for you!
Do I have to complete the Hidden Warrior course in a set time?
There is no set time to complete the course but we encourage you to put yourselves in an early wave to pace yourself and make the most of the day.
Do you have Aid Stations?
Hidden Warrior will have at least 2 Aid Stations on the course, providing hydration and first aid if needed.
Some of the obstacles look pretty scary; do I have to complete them all?
No, there is always an option to go around. We encourage everyone to try the obstacles and use their best judgement.
What if I hurt myself on the day?
There will be plenty of medical staff positioned around the course and at the main event village. If you need any medical assistance please let one of the course marshals know immediately.
Can my friends and family come to the event?

Should I wear my best suit for this event?
No, it could get a little dirty! Quick dry t-shirts and shorts are best.
Do I have to wear shoes?
Yes shoes are compulsory, preferably old runners.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not. Check the What to Bring page for more information.
Can I camp at the event site?
No, camping is not permitted.
Will the event be cancelled if there is bad weather?
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be postponed to a later date at Hidden Warriors discretion.

What happens when I finish the event?
The Warrior Celebration begins! There will be live music, food stalls and let’s not forget the beer garden.
Will the photos be available online?
Yes the photos will be posted in our Photo Gallery and on our Facebook page.
